Question 1

What is a valet desk?

Accepted Answer

A valet desk is a professional mobile workstation, designed to secure and organise vehicle keys, ease arrivals and present a welcome consistent with the venue. It is not a mere storage cabinet.

Question 2

What is the difference between a valet desk and a pupitre voiturier?

Accepted Answer

“Desk voiturier”, “valet desk” and “pupitre voiturier” name the same equipment. In France the usual phrase is pupitre voiturier. “Valet parking podium” is used mainly internationally.

Question 3

Are the keys locked away?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Behind a door secured by a numeric code lock or a manual key lock, client keys stay organised and protected.

Question 4

What type of lock is offered?

Accepted Answer

Each model has a numeric code lock or a manual key lock.

Question 5

Is the desk easy to move?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All three formats sit on casters, to place them at opening and store them at closing — in front of a hotel, restaurant, casino or at an event.

Question 6

Can we add the venue logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can integrate a logo, stickers and signage. File constraints and application techniques will be specified during the customisation study.

Question 7

Where are the desks made?

Accepted Answer

They are invented, designed and made in France, developed in partnership with a valet company from real on-the-ground constraints.

Question 8

Do you offer rental?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Purchase and rental are offered. Rental suits seasonal or event needs in particular. Durations, deposits and included services will be specified in the offer, not on this site until they are confirmed.
